JewellPlaza provides luxury retail space management, visual merchandising, and commercial property activation services for high-end shopping destinations in South Africa. All services are delivered under a written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and safe access to premises. Failure to meet these obligations may delay delivery or result in additional charges. JewellPlaza is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.
All concepts, designs, guidelines, and materials created by JewellPlaza remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. Unauthorised reproduction or transfer is prohibited.
JewellPlaza's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or reputation. This limitation applies even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the effective date. JewellPlaza reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches payment terms or provides misleading information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
